Sharing Your Materials

Sharing files from your Google Drive
  • If you are sharing the file as a link on your blog or in a lesson you will want to choose the visibility to be "Anyone with the link."
  • Copy the link of a file, folder, or Google Doc to create a link on your blog.
  • You can create files for your Out of Class Portfolio using programs such as Microsoft Word, but make sure to upload those to the Lesson folders on your Google Drive.
Tips for sharing online resources:
  • Create links in your lesson to all the online resources you use.
  • If you are creating a resource, such as a blog, that requires a password to access you can either provide Debbie and Donna with a password or screenshot the resource and include the image in your lesson plan or another file.
  • If you use Little Bird Tales use the email sharing option to email the video to your own email. Copy the link that is in the email and include this in your lesson.
